General description of the Apartment:
Our Apartment is available since its foundation in 2002 as one of the Apartments in the town of Siófok.
It is located in one of the most frequent, but also peaceful areas of the town, 50 m away from the Siófok Harbour and 25 m away from the Sió-sluice.
Thanks to its central location within the 500 m area of the Apartment, there is the Plage Beach just a 2 min stroll away. The Plage Beach is a popular open-air club amogst young people. In the direct area of the Apartment, you can also find the Jókai Park, which is the largest park you can find in town, suitable for families with children because of its playgrounds. Furthermore, there is the open-air stage of Siófok and a number of tennis-courts.
Also a 2 min walk away from the Apartment, there is the town square of Siófok with the water tower, which is a characteristical industrial monument. There is also the Sió Mall with several stores and a cinema with 3 cinema-halls. These opportunities provide a wide range of possibilities for the guests of our town and our Apartment to relax.
On the two floors of our Apartment House ( ground floor, 1st floor ) there are 4 apartments with a floor space of 25 m2 ( ground floor: Design-Purple, Queen-Green, 1st floor: Aqua-Blue and Latte-Coffee-Brown ) and a Premium Apartment with a floor space of 85 m2, which is located also on the 1st floor. In our apartments, smoking is prohibited.
Our conception by designing the apartments was: to design apartments in modern style, but each should reflect a different appearance and design. This conception appears in the colors of the apartments ( purple, green, blue, coffee-brown ), in the design of the kitchen and in the diversity of the quality design furniture.
Each apartment is air-conditioned – for additional charge – and each apartment has a flat-screen TV with over a 100 channels available. The green-color apartment on the ground floor with the fantasy name ˝Queen˝ and the blue-color apartment on the 1st floor can be spare-bedded by a full-comfort and full-size spare couchbed. In each of our apartments, there is a double bed with quality mattresses, which serve the comfortable sleep and relaxation of our guests.
Each kitchen and bathroom in our apartments are fully equipped. In the kitchen, there is a fridge freezer, hot plates also cooking utensils, cutlery, coffee machine, tea machine, kettle, microwave, toaster. In the bathrooms, we provide toilet-paper, liquid soap, floor mat, hairdryer the towels ( hand-towel, bath-towel ) free of charge.
Each of our apartments is suited for higher standards based on their design and equipment. This is especially true for the Premium Apartment on the 1st floor of the Apartment House with a floor space of 85 m2.
This apartment provides 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, a roomy entrance-hall with wall-to-wall built-in wardrobe with mirrored doors, a spacious living-room and a fully equipped and machined open-plan kitchen for our guests.
The Apartment House has its own, closed parking lot, where our guests can park their cars safely – free of charge.
Our apartments are baby-friendly, so it is perfectly suited for families with babies or children. If requested, we can provide a lot of useful baby equipment free of charge for our guests, as like as high chair, portable crib, baby bath, diaper storage, etc. The playground with the sand box, slide and swings in the garden of the Apartment House serves the joyful stay of the families with children at our apartments.
Year by year, we renew and modernize our apartments, so our guests can spend their free time and holiday completely pleased. The behavior of our staff towards the guests reflect our main conception, as we are working for our guests. For all of us, the first and most important thing is fulfilling the needs of our guests.
